What does cryotherapy actually do?

Our whole body cryotherapy exposes the body to electrically cooled air chilled to -87° C, triggering a full body reset! It can help support focus, energy, sleep quality and help reduce inflammation!

Is it for athletes or fitness people?

Not at all! Weather your desk bound, sleep deprived, have skin concerns or just feeling sluggish – cryotherapy can boost your mood, metabolism, collagen production and help you recover from everyday stresses!

Will I feel the cold during the session?

Yes but it’s a short BRYSK dry cold – not like jumping in ice water. Most people find it easier than ice bathing, invigorating and even addictive

How often should I do cryotherapy?

1-3 sessions a week can support energy, recovery and metabolism. Some clients use it daily during intense periods (training, sports, busy work schedule, specific concerns)

What do I wear during a session?

We provide everything you need for the chamber (Headband, facemask, gloves, footwear and socks) all we ask is you bring your own clothing (keeping it minimal to expose skin safely to the cold. For Males we recommend either gym or swim shorts. Females we recommend a swimming costume or shorts and a sports bra/vest.

How long does the session last?

Sessions will last around 20 minutes including the 3 minutes in the cryochamber.

Will I notice the benefits straight away?

Yes! Many people feel an immediate rush of endorphins, increased alertness, reduced muscle soreness and improved sleep, right after their first session. Over time, regular use will can compound the benefits – think better quality of sleep, less inflammation, improved mental clarity and faster recovery.

What are the contraindications to using whole body cryotherapy?

Clients should avoid cryotherapy if they have or have experience – Uncontrolled high/low blood pressure, cardiovascular issues, Raynaud’s syndrome (severe or type 2), cold allergies or cold induced asthma, Deep vein thrombosis or a history of blood clot, pregnant or trying to conceive, open wounds or recent surgical incisions, server anaemia, uncontrolled seizures, acute respiratory infections or fever.

What are the benefits of red light therapy?

Red Light supports skin health, energy production, muscle recovery and sleep working with your body’s natural cellular process.

Will I get a tan or sunburnt from RLT?

No, our Red light contains no UV rays, so there is no tanning or skin damage, its gentle, non-invasive and safe for all skin types.

Can RLT help with skin concerns?

Yes, many of our BRYSKIANS use it to support clearer skin, reduced redness or promote collagen for smoother texture.

How often should I use RLT?

3-5 Sessions per week works best for consistent results, especially for skin and energy focused goals.

What does Red light therapy feel like?

Warm and relaxing. Like sunshine on the skin but with no UV – You will leave feeling calm and recharged.

What are the contraindications for RLT?

RLT is not recommended for individuals with: known photosensitivity disorders or conditions. Use of photosensitising medications (certain antibiotics, Accutane), active skin infections, pregnancy, history of skin cancer (without medical sign off), epilepsy.

What is oxygen therapy and how does it work?

What does it feel like?

You relax in a big, comfortable reclining chair whilst breathing in pure oxygen through a face mask. The pod itself is pressurised but no more than what you would expect on an aeroplane. Consult a doctor if you have a history of DVT or clotting disorders, severe varicose veins or vascular disease, uncontrolled high pressure, open wounds or skin ulcers in the area undergoing treatment, acute infection to legs, recent surgery on legs, heart failure or known circulation impairment, pregnancy.
